Secondary excursions
Our centre offers outdoor learning programs for all high school years, from Stage 4 to Stage 6 delivered by teachers who are trained and understand the NSW school curriculum. All programs are linked to the NSW curriculum
What we offer
Each program can include:
- hands-on learning in real outdoor environments
- activities linked to school subjects like science, geography and history
- learning about sustainability, caring for Country and Aboriginal perspectives
- tasks that build critical thinking, observation and teamwork skills
- optional learning activities to do before and after the visit
- flexibility to adapt activities for different stages, subjects or student needs.
