Taronga Zoomobile and Bournda Biodiversity

About this program
Taronga's Zoomobile incursion program brings a hands-on learning experience right to you! A Zoomobile visit provides the opportunity to meet some of our native animals whilst learning about the role of wildlife in the environment. This will be complemented with a program of activities looking at habitat and biodiversity in your school grounds, delivered by Bournda EEC staff.
Learning intention
We are learning about Australia’s native animals and their importance in our environment.
Incursion activities
Students participate in two programs
In groups of up to 26 students per group, we run the Zoomobile sessions – 50 minutes and the Bournda EEC Biodiversity program for 50 minutes.
Important information
Cost
$5 per student for the Bournda Biodiversity session and $7 per student for the Zoomobile session.
Location
At your school. Access to a smart board/MLD appreciated.
